Market 36 Recruitment is seeking a Metal Finisher for a client in Halstead, Essex.
The role involves preparing products for assembly or painting, using power tools, jet washes, and performing deburring and polishing tasks.
Candidates should have experience in an engineering environment and the ability to read technical drawings, with a focus on working with various metals.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:30 and Friday from 08:00 to 15:30.
The position offers a salary of up to £12.00 per hour and includes on-the-job training and development.

Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Metal Finisher for our client based in Halstead, Essex.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing products prior to handing over for assembly or painting.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Using a variety of power tools
Using jet washes
Deburring & polishing
Working from technical drawings
Maintaining a clean, hazard free working environment

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:

Experience in an engineering environment either at work or via education
Ability to read technical drawings
Experience of working with various metals

Working hours are Monday - Thursday 0800 - 1630 and Friday 0800 - 1530.

In return our client offers a salary of up to £12.00 per hour and on the job training and development.
