Friday: 08:00-15:30

Punch Press Setter/Operator Summary:
Pin-Point Recruitment are looking for a Punch Press Setter/Operator to join our manufacturing client based in Halstead. The ideal candidate would have a background in Punch Press, ideally using Nisshinbo HIQ-1250 machines. You would be responsible for interpreting engineering drawings, selecting the correct tooling as well as checking the quality of the finished products.

Punch Press Setter/Operator Responsibilities:

• Setting up and operating punch press machines to produce precision components according to engineering specifications.
• Monitor machine operations.
• Preform routine maintenance and troubleshoot when needed
• Maintain a safe working environment
• Interpret technical drawings and documents

Punch Press Setter/Operator Requirements:

• Must have experience as a Punch Press Setter/Operator
• Able to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Strong knowledge of press break tooling, setup, and operation.

Experience:

• Working from and reaching technical drawings
• Punch Press Setter/Operator
• Nisshinbo HIQ-1250 experience (desirable)
