The Advocate Group is working with an innovative and dynamic brand very much at the heart of the FMCG industry, specialising in healthy snacks! We’re supporting them with hiring their newest HR Administrator to join a fab team.

Overview:

We’re on the hunt for someone to help keep our daily operations and transactional services running smoothly in HR. You’ll be managing payroll and HR admin at the assigned Plant, making sure everything’s up to code with legal requirements and our Group policies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team up with the payroll crew to ensure all monthly updates get entered into SAP by the deadline, so payments are spot-on and on time. You’ll also be the friendly face for any employee questions within our guidelines.

  • Regularly check data across different systems to keep everything in sync, watch over dashboards, and jump in with fixes when needed. Plus, you’ll need to make sure we’re following data privacy policies and keeping employee info safe.
  • Record and share all sick notes and absence forms with Payroll and Labour Analysts quickly. You’ll also pitch in on internal and external audits, project work, and other HR tasks as they come up. Managing absence entries and working with our timekeeping system will be part of the mix too.
