Paint Sprayer - Near Halstead - up to 20ph - Overtime available at 1.5x pay
A busy and well-established manufacturing company near Halstead is seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join their team. You'll be working in a small, close-knit team, applying high-quality finishes to fabricated components for the automotive industry.
This is a great opportunity for someone with wet spraying experience, especially within metalwork and large-scale automotive or agricultural equipment. Due to the rural location, access to your own transport is essential.
Salary & Benefits:
- Up to 20 per hour, depending on experience

What you'll be doing:
- Spraying large metal components for automotive use
Prepping steelwork and applying primers and topcoats
Sanding surfaces and sealing joints prior to painting
Performing quality checks on all finished items
Maintaining a clean and efficient work area
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in wet paint spraying
- Background in metal fabrication or large machinery is ideal
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets
- A reliable team player with strong attention to detail
Working hours:
- Monday - Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30 & Friday: 07:30 - 13:30
This is a permanent position, subject to a successful 3-month probation period.
