Location: Halstead
Pay Scale: £100 - £130 per day
Requirements: Must have a driving license and access to a vehicle
Contract: Temporary, Full-Time

Role Overview:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will step in to manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment. You'll be responsible for supervising students, delivering pre-prepared lesson plans, and maintaining order within the classroom. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in education or those wanting to work in a supportive, dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-set lesson plans and support students with their tasks
Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
Ensure students stay on task and provide assistance as needed
Communicate with teaching staff about any issues that arise during the class

Requirements:

A valid driving license and access to a vehicle
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
Ability to manage a classroom and engage students effectively
