We're seeking a proactive Transport Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis via an agency until February/March 2024.Key Responsibilities:Coordinating transport operations to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries.Scheduling and monitoring deliveries, ensuring timelines are adhered to.Liaising with drivers, clients, and internal teams to resolve any transport-related issues.Maintaining accurate records and logs of all transport activities.Handling telephone queries and issues related to transport logistics, including cover on a Friday afternoon.Working Hours:Monday - Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00Friday: 08:30 - 14:30 (with telephone cover required until 16:00 via a Rota basis.
