The Role:
As Paint Shop Supervisor, you'll be leading a small team of 4 skilled professionals, working together to prepare steel trailers for painting to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:

*Sanding work between coats and ensuring a smooth finish.
*Overseeing the quality of all work entering and leaving the paint shop.
