Millbank is offering an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Group Business Support Administrator. You’ll play a key role in enhancing the efficiency of our recruitment operations and supporting various business functions, all while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide Essential Administrative Support: Assist the Group Business Support Manager and recruitment teams with ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Boost Talent Attraction: Help create engaging job adverts, manage responses, and assist with developing strategies to attract top candidates.
  • Support Operational Efficiency: Contribute to creating client documentation, help with tenders and RFQs, and work closely with our Client Managers.
  • Enhance Contractor Care: Help onboard new contractors, manage documentation, and ensure a smooth extension process.
  • Ensure Compliance: Monitor and enforce compliance with policies, procedures, and ISO standards, keeping our recruitment operations on track.
  • IT Support: Assist with IT asset management, help troubleshoot day-to-day tech queries, and ensure staff are fully equipped with the necessary devices.
  • Maintain Building and Facilities: Provide reception cover, assist with building maintenance and safety procedures, and ensure smooth office operations.

What You Will Bring

  • Experience: 3-4 years in administrative or operational roles, ideally with cross-departmental exposure.
  • Skills: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a team-oriented attitude with a sharp attention to detail.
