Our client is amarket-leading globalmanufacturing organisation based inHaltwhistleand they seek a competent customer service administrator to join their busy sales and service department. The successful candidate will act as key point of contact for customer enquiries across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Act as key contact for Customer Accountsand their queries
- Respond to telephoneandemail enquiries
- Provide customers with updates on invoice delivery queries and liaise with third parties to ensure timely delivery
- Issue refunds andreturns with accuracy
- Liaise with logistic providers to ensure smooth shipping and transport processes
- Respond toand monitor customer feedback
- Supportwith all other adhoc administration
Key Criteria
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment (essential)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- High proficiency in IT packages and competent user of Excel
- Ability to work well under pressure and working towards tight deadlines
- Proven background in providing impeccable customer support
