Care Home ManagerSouth Lanarkshire£55,000-£60,000Elderly CareI am delighted to be working in partnership with my client for a new Home Manager vacancy in South Lanarkshire. As an experienced manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations and ensuring high standards of care is provided. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing a home of 50+beds. The position will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm however some flexibility may be required. Responsibilities*Ensure care plans are developed and implemented specific to each resident.*Leadership and management of the home and its team.*Ensure staff wellbeing and making sure they have the appropriate training to provide exceptional standards of care. *Ensure policies are adhered to in line with Health and Safety, Care Inspectorate and SSSC. *Reporting, staff rotas and budgets.*Build and maintain relationships with residents, their families and external stakeholders.*Best practice.Experience/Requirements*Demonstratable experience of care home management.*Strong knowledge of compliance and standards set by Care Inspectorate.*SVQ4 in Leadership and Management.*Nursing PIN preferable but not essential.*Being able to prioritise tasks.*A caring and empathetic individual.The role offers a wide range of benefits including generous annual leave, bonus schemes, shopping discounts, training opportunities and much more!
