The role - Trainee Administrator

Location - Uddingston

Hours - Monday to Friday (9.00-17.00)

Salary - £22k-25k depending on experience

Our client, based in Uddingston, has a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join their small and supportive team as a Trainee Admin Assistant within the finance team.

As a Trainee Finance/Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing business support to the team and have the opportunity to learn and develop within a supportive environment. Key Duties:

  • Acting as the point of contact for customer enquiries and ensuring excellent customer service* Keeping customers updated on the progress of their orders* Accurately inputting order details into the system* Assisting with the finance functions of the business, including purchase ledger and sales ledger (training will be provided)* Raising sales invoices and inputting data into Sage 50 (training will be provided)* Providing support to the wider team

Key Skills/Attributes:
