Procast Building Contractors Ltd is seeking a tech-savvy Digital Integration Assistant to help drive our digital transformation initiatives across the business. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your Microsoft expertise while supporting innovation in a dynamic construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Microsoft Systems Integration:

  • Support the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform
  • Assist in developing automated workflows using Power Automate for business processes
  • Help maintain and organise digital file structures and documentation systems
  • Support data analysis and reporting using Excel and Power BI

Business-Wide Digital Support:

  • Assist departments in adopting and utilising digital tools effectively
  • Help identify opportunities for process automation and digital improvement
  • Support the tender team with digital tools and AI integration
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and guidance on digital systems
  • Create user guides and training materials for new digital processes
Required Skills:
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite
  • Basic understanding of AI tools and their business applications
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication abilities to support staff at all levels
  • Ability to document processes and create user-friendly guides
