Connect Appointments have a new opportunity for a Quality Systems Coordinator to join our manufacturing and production client in Hamilton, North Lanarkshire.

Working as a Quality Systems Coordinator your role will be centred around ensuring that all products are produced to the agreed functionality and quality standards. As such your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Meeting the requirements of the accredited management systems (e.g. ISO9001, BRC-GS)
  • Creating and updating various reports
  • Responding to customer and supplier queries
  • Document control management via Q-Pulse
  • Progress chasing (CAPA's, OFI's)
  • Support with internal and external auditing, ensuring actions are recorded on Q-Pulse
  • Manage the internal notification system
  • Support general EHS admin activities when required

To be successful in this quality role, you'll have experience working to BRC/ISO standards. With the following skills, traits and experience:

  • Knowledge of data and analysis techniques
  • Eye for detail and problem-solving skills
  • Quality conscious
  • Great communication skills
