Job Summary
We are seeking a Contract & Maintenance Coordinator with a strong background in electrical knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising contracts, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on time.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and oversee contract agreements
- Supervise project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Manage communication with contractors and clients
- Utilise project management skills to coordinate tasks effectively
- Understand logic controllers and interpret schematics
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams
Qualifications
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Possess strong mechanical knowledge
- Previous experience in contract coordination is advantageous
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hamilton. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing database systems, addressing customer inquiries, coordinating projects, and monitoring project progress.
The work schedule is Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00 and Friday from 08:00 to 16:00.
