Temporary Senior Accounts Assistant - 3 months+ (inside IR35) - £200-250pd - near Twickenham

This prestigious private school is seeking a Temporary Senior Accounts Assistant to join their busy finance team.

The Role:

This role involves a wide range of accounting tasks, supporting month/term-end activities including daily bank statement reconciliation, termly billing and deposit reconciliation, managing school trip accounts, and maintaining the fixed asset register. Additionally, you will assist in preparing monthly cash flow spreadsheets, perform year-end audit reconciliations, and carry out various other duties such as administration of petty cash, sales invoicing, and budget reporting.

Experience Required:

  • Previous experience working in an accounts department, including data entry.
  • Familiarity with VAT and experience using the iFinance system is desirable but not essential.
  • Proficiency in ICT, particularly Excel, is required.
  • Experience in the education sector is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong administrative and communication skills.
