Specialising in heritage, conservation, residential, commercial, education, and healthcare sectors, they are seeking an ambitious Contracts Manager to join their team. Contracts Manager Job Overview
- Overseeing multiple projects from inception to completion.
- Managing site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Maintaining high-quality standards across all construction activities.
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensuring health & safety regulations and company policies are adhered to.
- Providing support and leadership to project delivery teams.
- Conducting regular site visits, monitoring progress, and resolving any issues.
Contracts Manager Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a Contracts Manager role or looking to step up from a Site Manager / Project Manager position.
- Strong background in refurbishment and fit-out projects.
- Trade background is essential.
- Based within 1 hour of Hampton maximum ideally under 45 minutes
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
