- Position: Multi-Trader
- Location: Hampton is the main site(a predominant static site as there are 4 other sites to cover near each other)
- Salary: Up to 37,500
- Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 4pm

We are seeking a Multi-Trader with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This role involves carrying out carpentry & handyman duties at a number of presitigious sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guttering.
- Painting & Decorating.
- Tiling & Roofing.
- Plastering & Patching.
- Booring.
- General Handyman maintenance.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments
- Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
- Ideally need a driving license (Not essential)
- Enhanced DBS
