An exciting fixed term contract opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to support a key project. This role requires a strong ER professional who can provide hands-on support, ensuring high levels of employee engagement while handling ER matters with compassion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide onsite support every day, acting as the first point of contact for ER matters
- Drive employee engagement, ensuring clear communication and a positive working environment
- Handle complex ER cases with care, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions
- Work closely with managers, providing coaching and guidance on ER best practices
- Promote a culture of fairness, respect, and inclusivity within the workplace
- Strong background in Employee Relations with experience managing ER cases
- Experience of collective consultations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels
- A compassionate and approachable manner, with a people-first mindset
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, project-based environment
- Strong knowledge of employment law and best ER practices
