An exciting fixed term contract opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to support a key project. This role requires a strong ER professional who can provide hands-on support, ensuring high levels of employee engagement while handling ER matters with compassion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide onsite support every day, acting as the first point of contact for ER matters
  • Drive employee engagement, ensuring clear communication and a positive working environment
  • Handle complex ER cases with care, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions
  • Work closely with managers, providing coaching and guidance on ER best practices
  • Promote a culture of fairness, respect, and inclusivity within the workplace
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Strong background in Employee Relations with experience managing ER cases
  • Experience of collective consultations 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels
  • A compassionate and approachable manner, with a people-first mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, project-based environment
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and best ER practices
  • Willingness to be a visible presence in the office everyday
