Description
- Provide financial insights and guidance to the business to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure alignment of financial strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability and business performance.
- Support the wider finance team with ad hoc financial analysis as required.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Present financial reports to senior management.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
- Used to dealing with and interpreting large data sets.
- Minimum 2 years PQE or strong QBE
- Commercially aware
- Advanced excel skills including pivot tables, Vlookup etc
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of £58,000 - £65,000 per annum.
