My client is a nationwide fleet management company looking for a Operations Executive to join their team.
The main purpose of the role is to assist with managing operational suppliers*, ensuring all daily hire invoicing is processed accurately and customer concerns are investigated in the expected timeframe. In addition to compiling operational reports for internal and external clients.
Accountable for:
Ensure our Operational and Contractual standards are met against agreed metrics and KPI’s and any customer concerns are dealt with effectively by the supplier.
To maintain the Fleetondemand (FOD) platform for daily hire invoicing, checking for invoice accuracy and highlighting any concerns
To process service and MOT bookings via our garage network portal, liaising with suppliers where necessary.
To assist with maintaining supplier contracts.
To assist with collating relevant management reporting, including relevant client KPI reports and client review data.
Assist the wider operations team in admin tasks.
To collate any rebate payments from suppliers and to ensure that invoices are raised in accordance with agreed timeframes.
To support our business development team in the preparation of tender bids.
Must have:
Extensive administration experience
Some Customer Service experience.
