OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE - HAMPTON - C£24,500 - PLUS BONUS

My client is an independent services company specialising in vehicle management based in Hampton. They are an established and forward thinking company who have this great opportunity within their data optimisation team due to an internal restructure.
Accountabilities:
- In conjunction with the OM, ensure my client's Operational and Contractual standards are met against agreed metrics and KPI’s and any customer concerns are dealt with effectively by the supplier.
- To maintain the company platform for daily hire invoicing, checking for invoice accuracy and highlighting any concerns to the OM.
- To process service and MOT bookings via our garage network portal, liaising with suppliers where necessary.
- To assist with maintaining supplier contracts.
- To assist with collating relevant management reporting, including relevant client KPI reports and client review data.
- Assist the wider operations team in admin tasks.
- To collate any rebate payments from suppliers and to ensure that invoices are raised in accordance with agreed timeframes.
- To support our business development team in the preparation of tender bids.
