We are seeking a permanent People Partner to join our friendly team at a growing charity in Surrey.
The ideal candidate should have experience as an HR Generalist or Business Partner, particularly with high-profile cases and strategic initiatives.
This role requires the ability to drive, as the candidate will need to visit another site in Surrey a few times a month.
Hybrid working options are available, primarily based at our main location.
The salary for this position is competitive, and candidates should have relevant experience in HR.

We are recruiting for a permanent People Partner. You will be joining a busy and friendly team at this growing charity based in Surrey. This role will require an experienced HR Generalist or Business Partner, that is used to working on high profile cases but ideally also been part of a working group involved with strategies.

Ideally you will drive as we have one other site that is also within the Surrey area, that you will visit a few times a month though hybrid working at our main base is available.
