Looking for the next step as a Senior Lifeguard?   4 Leisure are currently looking for a full-time Senior Lifeguard to join the team at a leisure facility in the South West London area.Known as London’s best kept secret, 36m long heated swimming pool, learner pool dedicated to children and parents, fitness studio, sun deck café, concerts, events, and BBQs!  Key Responsibilities for this role include:
  • Oversee lifeguard rotations and ensure all safety protocols (PSOP) are followed
  • Monitor water quality and maintain high health, safety, and security standards
  • Provide a welcoming, helpful atmosphere for visitors, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Motivate and support the lifeguard team, fostering a positive and proactive work environment
  • Occasionally step up to cover shift responsibilities in the absence of the Duty Manager
