We have an exciting opportunity for a HR BP to join a successful organisation in Hampton. This is a hybrid role, 3 days a week on site, 2 days a week at home, office days either in Hampton or at another location in the Surrey area. Some flexibility to travel locally is required.

This is a generalist Business Partnering role where you will provide HR advice and support to employees on a broad range of matters. There are two direct reports, HR Advisor & HR Administrator.

  • Provide guidance on HR policies and processes including employee relations, recruitment, reward & recognition, performance management, staff development, training, health & well-being, equality & diversity and employee engagement
  • Coach managers on complex People related matters
  • Build positive working relationships with key stakeholders in order to act as a trusted partner
  • Proactively identify possible risks to People performance
  • Support the Head of HR in the creation and implementation of HR strategy
  • Review People Performance data and provide regular updates and reports to Senior Leadership Team
  • Work closely with the HR Advisor to assist managers in recruitment & retention activities
  • Implement HR projects including employee engagement activities and well-being initiatives
  • Identify and address HR implications of proposed organisational changes, supporting in consultation processes as required
