Behaviour Mentor Assistant Responsibilities:
- Support students in understanding and adhering to school behaviour policies.

- Assist teachers in managing classroom behaviour to ensure a productive learning space.

- Maintain accurate records of interventions, incidents, and progress to inform support strategies.
Behaviour Mentor Assistant Essential Requirements:
- A degree in Psychology or a related field Minimum 2:1 degree from a recognised UK university.
- Previous experience working with children or young people is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and collaborate with staff.
