A welcoming and high-achieving primary academy in Enfield are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their school on a full-time basis ASAP

The Role

In this role you will be a full-time class teaching assistant in Year 6. You will be working closely with the class teacher and the wider year 6 team to ensure all pupils are supported in all areas of the curriculum. Your main focus will be within the core subjects of English - reading, SPAG and writing and Maths and supporting pupils towards their end of KS2 SATS. You will lead small group interventions as well as supporting pupils within the classroom.

This 3-form entry primary school is part of a larger all-through academy based in Enfield. The primary school opened in 2013 and now is a popular choice for families in the local community. The school employs a curriculum that enables all to make rapid academic progress across a range of subject areas with an emphasis on reading, writing and numeracy. Behaviour at the school is very good and there are high expectations of pupils and staff alike. The school works closely with the attached secondary school and there is a supportive and established leadership team in place.
