The Role:

PPM, servicing and repairs on Mechanical Equipment across the site including Plant Rooms, Fan Coils and Heat Pumps
Support other trades where required.
Keep clients informed of project developments and maintain detailed records of activities.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
Utilize IT systems to accurately record tasks and project-related information.

Qualifications and Experience:

Relevant Level 3 Plumbing Qualification
Proven experience in facilities management, maintenance, or construction.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in IT systems.
Passion for delivering outstanding service and maintaining a safe working environment.
