This is a unique opportunity for a part-time Learning Support Assistant to join a primary school in Hounslow on a long-term basis starting in April 2025.

What is the role?
  • In this role as a Learning Support Assistant, you will be supporting a boy in Year 6 on a 1:1 basis who displays some challenging behaviour.
  • This is an opportunity to inspire children in a specialist provision, supporting them both inside and outside of the classroom by providing encouragement and direction when needed.

Who are they looking for?
  • A strong-willed individual who can demonstrate existing experience working with children with more challenging behaviours. This might be in a school setting, or it might be in a care setting. Either way, they want to hear from you!
  • Ideally 1:1 experience.
