Our premium brand Automotive client is currently recruiting for the following role:

E-commerce Service Designer - WeChat / Alipay - 34.50/hr (Inside IR35) - Hybrid / Warwickshire - 6 Months (potential to extend)

Position Description:
E-commerce Service Designer to support CX and digital platform definition
Electrification Services - Expert required in Service Design who can guide a team to see and think about the Electrification Services, and associated delivery platforms, as a part of a bigger, human-centred picture.

Specifically, the client requires the successful candidate to support a service blueprinting activity. This blueprinting activity will bring alignment across product and delivery teams on the requirements for a new digital platform and its role in the wider client charging eco-system. The platform will support exceptional customer experiences when customers charge their electric vehicles at home and in public.

Knowledge of China's e-commerce eco systems is critical to the role. Specifically recent knowledge of how WeChat mini programmes and Alipay solutions are used in registration and subscription payment scenarios

Skills Required:
- Consolidated research findings overview.
- End to End Service Blueprint for Home and Public Charging with mapped capabilities.
- Detailed Service Blueprints for high priority customer journey stages (action by action breakdown). Blueprints should detail customer journey and customer actions, employee actions, required processes and technologies and all supporting capabilities required to deliver and measure the service.
- Requirements documented for non-golden path scenarios (for example; error states, alternative flows, multi-EV households etc.)

Experience Required:
- Work with core team to identify stakeholders and representative across the organisation who support the delivery of Electrification Services.
- Collate existing materials already produced by the team into digestible formats ready for workshops and co-design sessions.
- Prepare and facilitate workshops and co-design sessions to define Electrification Services.
- Document the customer journey steps and associated service delivery components.
- Work with product managers to track questions and action items related to the delivery of the service.
- Facilitate co-design sessions to design and define key aspects of the customer experience.
- Work with product managers to define key measures, metrics and KPIs.
- Provide playbacks of customer journey with stakeholders to validate design decisions.
- Produce and share definitive Service Blueprints to support product and delivery teams with system requirements

Additional Information:
This role is on a contract basis and is Inside IR35.
6 months with option to extend. Gaydon and Work from home - Expectation to be in Gaydon for initial briefings critical workshops.
