We are delighted to be working with an established, reputable, and growing equipment hire company who are recruiting for a Service Desk Coordinator to join their team based just outside of Leamington Spa.
The Service Desk Coordinator reports into the Service Director and plays a vital role in supporting the engineering team with a range of services.
This role is Monday – Friday and is fully office based.
Responsibilities and duties include:
- Completing the engineering schedule
- Processing and liaising with engineers regarding all breakdowns and call outs
- Completing warranty forms from suppliers
- Preparing and maintaining plant documentation
- Assisting with the purchasing of items for maintenance breakdowns.
- Supplying purchase orders for any for any workshop supplies or requirements.
- Experience of working in a similar role would be beneficial together with strong MS Office and computer literacy skills.
