Full Time Shift: 14.00-22.00 / Monday to Friday

Interaction Recruitment are proud to be seeking keen, reliable & experienced Print Room Operative to join the Team for their esteemed client, J&J Global Fulfilment Centre on the Brackmills Industrial Estate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and high-quality printing of personalised designs onto phone cases and other related products.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain printing equipment to produce high-quality personalized products.
  • Prepare and manage materials for the printing process, ensuring all items are ready for customization.
  • Follow design specifications and quality control guidelines to meet brand standards.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure personalization is accurate and free of defects.
  • Organize and prioritize printing tasks to meet daily production deadlines.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of printing equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and organized print room.
  • Report any issues or delays promptly to the team leader or supervisor.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in operating printing or personalization equipment is preferred (training will be provided).
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer literacy for operating printing software.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technology.
