Production Supervisor - Gloucestershire - Salary up to 55,000 + Benefits- Ref 1830
I am currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor to work for a company who have a great reputation in the market. Being a small to medium company, they truly value all their employee's and have created a fantastic culture which is evident from their working environment.
To support the growth of the business and be able to deal with the amount of work they have a new role has come to fruition and they have the need to appoint a Production Supervisor on a permanent basis.
In this role as a Production Supervisor, you will be working a Monday - Friday day shift typically 7am-4pm, but with the potential for flexibility if required. You will be responsible for overseeing 30 shop floor individuals ensuring you get the best performance out of them to ensure that production deliverables and all output objectives are met or exceeded.
Ideal Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Production Supervisor or similar
- Previous experience in the Construction / Building sector
