Hales Group are happy to be supporting their client in a search for Workshop Supervisor / Mobile Fitter to join their team at their office near Harleston, Norfolk. This role combines on-site supervision with hands-on mobile fitting responsibilities, offering variety and growth in a dynamic environment. Your Key Responsibilities, But Not Limited To,

Lead and supervise a team of 3-4 warehouse operatives.
Travel to support operations across our three additional sites as needed (accommodation and travel covered by the company).
Manage ordering processes and inventory.
Conduct maintenance, servicing, and inspections for our fleet vehicles.
Perform tachograph calibrations.
Respond to breakdowns and complete repair work.
Assist with new vehicle builds.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in vehicle maintenance and team supervision.
Full UK Driver’s License (HGV preferred).
Level 3 qualification in HGV Maintenance or equivalent.
A willingness to travel and adapt to mobile fitter duties.
Commitment to ongoing training and development.
