- Conduct maintenance, servicing, and inspections for our fleet vehicles.
- Perform tachograph or similar card calibrations.
- Respond to breakdowns diagnose and complete repair work.
- Assist with new vehicle builds.
- Prep vehicles for MOT and arrange delivery.
- Travel to support operations across our three additional sites as needed (accommodation and travel covered by the company).
- Manage ordering processes and inventory.
- Lead and supervise a team of 3-4 warehouse/yard operatives.
- Proven experience in vehicle maintenance and team supervision.
- Full UK Driver’s License (HGV preferred Class 2).
- Level 3 qualification in HGV Maintenance or equivalent.
- A willingness to travel and adapt to mobile fitter duties.
- Commitment to ongoing training and development.
