This role combines on-site supervision with hands-on mobile fitting responsibilities, offering variety and growth in a dynamic environment. Your Key Responsibilities, But Not Limited To,
  • Lead and supervise a team of 3-4 warehouse operatives.
  • Travel to support operations across our three additional sites as needed (accommodation and travel covered by the company).
  • Manage ordering processes and inventory.
  • Conduct maintenance, servicing, and inspections for our fleet vehicles.
  • Perform tachograph calibrations.
  • Respond to breakdowns and complete repair work.
  • Assist with new vehicle builds.
 What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in vehicle maintenance and team supervision.
  • Full UK Driver’s License (HGV preferred).
  • Level 3 qualification in HGV Maintenance or equivalent.
  • A willingness to travel and adapt to mobile fitter duties.
  • Commitment to ongoing training and development.
