Do you have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work methodically while contributing as part of a team? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our client in the role of Production Operative based near Harleston, Norfolk.   Key Responsibilities:
  • Manufacturing goods in accordance with batch sheets and production requirements.
  • Safely loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
  • Performing tasks assigned by the Production Manager.
  • Completing all relevant paperwork accurately.
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping in the workplace.
  • Adhering to health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Operating equipment such as forklifts, mixers, and boilers safely and efficiently.
  • Accurately weighing raw materials and finished goods.
  • Organising and storing raw materials and finished products appropriately.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A valid Counter Balance forklift
  • The ability to follow instructions and maintain focused during repetitive tasks.
  • A practical, hands-on approach to work.
  • The ability to work quickly and methodically under pressure.
  • Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
