Job Description

An Award Winning Housing Developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a flagship development in Northamptonshire.

The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Duties:
  • Managing day-to-day operations on the construction site
  • Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitoring project progress and quality of work
  • Managing site personnel and resolving any issues that may arise
Required Qualifications:
  • SMSTS certification
  • CSCS certification
  • First Aid certification
  • Full UK Driving Licence
Experience:

Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Site Manager overseeing a new build housing site.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong understanding of traditional house building techniques
