Accounts Assistant

Harlow, Essex (office based)

Part-time:  24 hours per week across 3, 4 or 5 days

We are a small, busy engineering and manufacturing business supplying machinery and parts to the double glazing industry with customers in the UK and overseas.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports
• Check and process invoices, payments, expenses and receipts and enter to the financial system accurately
• Reconcile bank statements and update daily cash flow for 3 bank accounts
• Assist in time sheet and payroll processing
• Assist with credit control
• Check supplier statements and prepare weekly bacs payments
• Maintain accurate and organised filing systems for financial documents.
