Admin Assistant in Car Dealership
Location: Harlow, EssexSalary: £150 a day (Experience depending)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (flexible working hours)Contract: Full-time
Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering excellent support? Our client, a leading car dealership in Harlow, is seeking a motivated Admin Assistant to join their friendly and professional team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting the daily operations of a successful dealership while developing your administrative skills.
The Role
As an Admin Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and responding to emails.
- Updating and maintaining customer records and vehicle documentation.
- Coordinating appointments and schedules for the team.
- Assisting with invoicing, stock management, and purchase orders.
- Providing excellent customer service over the phone and via email.
- Supporting the sales and service teams with general admin duties.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- The ability to multitask and prioritise workloads effectively.
- Previous admin or office experience (automotive industry experience is desirable but not essential).
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
