Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering excellent support? Our client, a leading car dealership in Harlow, is seeking a motivated Admin Assistant to join their friendly and professional team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting the daily operations of a successful dealership while developing your administrative skills.

The Role

As an Admin Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and responding to emails.
  • Updating and maintaining customer records and vehicle documentation.
  • Coordinating appointments and schedules for the team.
  • Assisting with invoicing, stock management, and purchase orders.
  • Providing excellent customer service over the phone and via email.
  • Supporting the sales and service teams with general admin duties.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise workloads effectively.
  • Previous admin or office experience (automotive industry experience is desirable but not essential).
  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
