We are currently seeking a confident, and proactive Administrator with excellent communication skills, a can do attitude and a flexible and adaptable approach to work. The successful candidate will be working for a family business who work within both Fashion and Wedding Planning.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is an experienced Administrator and really wants to get involved in all aspects of administration and accounts. Your positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritise tasks will be essential in this fast-paced role.
The role will involve
- Answering incoming telephone calls professionally, taking accurate messages
- Managing enquiries
- Resolving problems
- Offering a friendly professional service both internally and externally
- Processing orders accurately
- Assisting with the general accounts
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained
- Providing general administrative assistance
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience within an administrative role.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
