We are currently seeking a confident, and proactive Administrator with excellent communication skills, a can do attitude and a flexible and adaptable approach to work. The successful candidate will be working for a family business who work within both Fashion and Wedding Planning.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is an experienced Administrator and really wants to get involved in all aspects of administration and accounts. Your positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritise tasks will be essential in this fast-paced role.

The role will involve

  • Answering incoming telephone calls professionally, taking accurate messages
  • Managing enquiries
  • Resolving problems
  • Offering a friendly professional service both internally and externally
  • Processing orders accurately
  • Assisting with the general accounts
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained
  • Providing general administrative assistance

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience within an administrative role.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
