This is a lovely role for a highly experienced Administrator with excellent communication skills to work in a role in Harlow. A great position within a nice company for someone who enjoys being busy, very IT literate and likes variety.Daily duties include

  • Supporting with the development and update of a new website, LinkedIn and other social media.
  • Helping manage and process engineers' timesheets.
  • Using Microsoft 365 / Teams / Planner to book appointments / meetings for Sales / Service / Design Engineers.
  • Book engineer hotels and processing expense sheets.
  • Heavily involved with SSIP, CHAS Advanced, Constructionline Gold renewal, and possibly ISO accreditation management

Some experience in a construction/service environment useful but not essential.Benefits include
