Reed Business Support are now recruiting for a Support Services Administrator, this is an office-based Administration job in Harlow.

Hours: Mon-Fri 08:30-17:00 (1 hour lunch), with a salary on offer of £24,000, other benefits include; Holidays starting at 25 days + BHs, Cycle to work scheme, Gym membership, Corporate eyecare, cashback (Reward Gateway), Casual dress code and Death in service insurance policy

As Support Services Administrator, you will be responsible for all administration. With a high level of accuracy and keen eye for detail, you will keep up-to-date records to ensure service level agreements are met.  You will also provide accurate reports to both internal and external stakeholders.

Core Duties are;

  • Loading documents
  • Preparing data import files for loading onto our system
  • Generating relevant documentation
  • Providing scheduled and ad hoc reports to clients and other internal and external parties  
  • Reviewing jobs on a regular basis to ensure service level agreements are being met  
  • Monitoring diary and completing tasks  
  • Filing  
  • Such duties as directed by a manager, as may from time to time be reasonably required.

  • IT literate – proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Organisational skills
