Accounts Payable AssistantHarlow AreaUp to £32k + Bonus & BenefitsWe have a fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join a thriving business based in the Harlow area. Offering a salary of up to £32k plus bonus and excellent benefits.Key Responsibilities:* Processing Supplier Invoices: Manage the accurate posting of invoices and credit notes across multiple companies and currencies.* Supplier Reconciliations: Reconcile supplier statements, ensuring ledgers are up to date and accurate.* Payment Runs: Prepare supplier payment runs and handle payments via BACS across different currencies, while managing cash budgets.* Expense Processing: Post and process UK and overseas staff expenses, ensuring timely weekly payments.* Credit Card Reconciliation: Maintain and reconcile company credit card statements.* Month-End Support: Assist with the preparation of purchase invoice accruals for month-end reporting.* Cash Management: Support cash book postings, weekly bank reconciliations, and contribute to cash flow forecasts.* Collaboration: Work closely with the Accounts Payable and Receivable teams across various sites.What We're Looking For:* Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or finance-related role.* Proficiency in working with multi-company and multi-currency systems.* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.* Excellent communication skills to handle internal and external queries.What's on Offer:* Salary: Up to £32,000, depending on experience.* Bonus: Performance-related bonus.* Benefits: A comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for personal and professional growth.* Flexible Working: Flexibility of working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.AGY - Vitae Financial RecruitmentWe Exist To Be Different - Membership NOT Registration
