Your new companyExcellent opportunity to join a Property Consultancy within their Asset Management division. You will be joining an established team who are looking to grow their department by creating a new role as the Facilities Assistant. You will be working alongside an experienced team of Asset and Property Managers working with a predominantly commercial property portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within Facilities Management due to on-going career progression opportunities.

Your new roleAs the Facilities Assistant you will support the Property and Asset Managers by providing support around Facilities Management matters. This will include carrying out routine inspections on the property portfolio to check compliance and Health and Safety matters. You will also be involved with managing contractors who will be completing minor works, which will include requesting quotes and overseeing projects. As part of the role you will also be a point of contact for tenants and will work closely with the wider property team to support on wider goals.This role is offered on either a full-time or part-time basis. Part-time hours are expected to be three days per week and can be worked as three full days or over five days to fit in around school hours.What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful for this role you should have experience working within Estates and Facilities. A driving licence and access to a vehicle is required for this role.
