Location: Harlow, EssexSalary: up to £18 per hour + CommissionHours: 40 per week (1 hour unpaid lunch) (Operating on a 11 day per fortnight 5 days one week / 6 days the next)Contract: Full-time
Are you passionate about cars and have a keen eye for detail? If so, this could be your perfect opportunity! Our client, a well-established car dealership in Harlow, is looking for a skilled and motivated Car Prepper to join their friendly and supportive team.

The Role
As a Prepper and Polisher, you will:
- Prepare vehicles for paintwork, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.
- Polish and finish vehicles to an exceptional standard.
- Collect & Drop off vehicles to our mechanics & other local services
- Assist in the bodywork process, ensuring quality control at all stages.
- Work collaboratively to meet deadlines for vehicle delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Full drivers license and access to a vehicle
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.
- The ability to work effectively in a team.
- A strong work ethic, with a focus on safety and quality.
- Experience working with cars is desirable but not essential - a can-do attitude is key!
