Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 17:00, Friday 08:00 to 15:30 

Manufacturing Technician required by a highly successful manufacturing company who are truly market leaders in the world class technology they bring to their customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a varied role within a rapidly growing company who have recently moved into a new premises. 

This role would suit a mechanically biased technician with proven hands-on experience, related to either assembly, fitting or testing. Candidates from any production / manufacturing background will be suited. 

The successful candidate will work within a broad role within the NPI team and will be approximately 80% hands on. You will be involved in building and maintaining jigs and fixtures, as well as other automated equipment such as robots, painting and coating equipment. You will also support the warranty department by carrying out investigations – this will involve disassembling and testing returned items. 

The Manufacturing Technician Role:

· Working within the company’s NPI team

· Build and maintain jigs and fixtures

· Supporting the maintenance of automation equipment

· Support the warranty department’s investigations
 

The Manufacturing Technician Candidate:

· Hands-on, mechanical experience

· Experience using hand tools

· From a production environment – assembly, fitting, operating, testing etc.
