About The Role

Key Responsibilities
In this influential role, you will:
- Ensure Compliance:Maintain the highest standards of patient safety and product quality by ensuring all stability processes comply with UK regulatory standards, including Yellow Cover Documents (YCD), MHRA guidelines, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
- Drive Efficiencies:Review, update, and enhance stability protocols, prescription processes, and associated standards to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centred outcomes.
- Innovate:Lead research and development initiatives to advance stability management and implement innovative practices.
- Quality Assurance:Deliver a robust quality assurance framework by conducting risk assessments, managing incidents and non-conformances, and driving continuous improvement.
- Build Capability:Act as the subject matter expert, providing guidance and training to colleagues and customers on stability management.
- Foster Relationships:Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver the highest standards of service, support commercial opportunities, and build customer relationships.

About You

- Analytical Skills:Proficiency in identifying process inefficiencies and implementing improvements.

- Project Management:Skills to plan and oversee stability initiatives effectively.
Qualifications
- Vocational Master's degree in a scientific field.
- Experience in stability management and scientific research.
The successful candidate will be adept at managing competing priorities, collaborating across departments, and ensuring that both short-term goals and long-term business growth objectives are met.
