Our lovely client in Waltham Abbey is looking for a confident and experienced Account Executive to provide an exceptional level of customer support for our key customer account(s).
  • Processing orders
  • Manage stock levels
  • Raise purchase orders, liaise with customers and procurement team to provide pricing
  • Stock availability
  • Produce weekly/monthly sales/stock reports
The ideal candidate will be able to work on their own initiative, be self-motivated, and demonstrate the following;
  • Superb customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers, developing an understanding of the account(s) and industry
  • Confident constructing emails and good telephone manner
  • Be able to provide solutions to customers and identify opportunities
  • Self-motivated and able to adapt to an ever changing industry
  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
  • Attention to detail, accurate data entry skills
  • Work well as part of a team and independently
  • Experience in Sales and Account management preferred
