- To provide quotes and orders via warm leads
- To prospect for new business within the industryÂ
- To maintain contact with the company's customers and potential customersÂ
- To acquire the necessary selling skills, product knowledge and understanding of company policy
- To ensure adequate contact coverage of the designated customers both internal and external, in line with company objectives.
- To report on a regular basis to the Sales Manager on market trends, competitor activities and matters affecting company products and policy.
- To deal with complaints should they arise.Â
- To support the Sales Manager in the pursuit of new sales opportunities.
- Any adhoc duties as required by the Sales Manager.
